Belgian techno sensation Amelie Lens dazzled audiences at Tomorrowland 2026's Freedom Stage on Sunday night, delivering a captivating set dedicated to her forthcoming debut album, 'AURA.' "As a pregnant woman, you shouldn’t put your dreams aside," Lens stated, emphasizing the empowerment she feels while performing during this unique chapter of her life. She noted, "I’ve been doing this for 10 years, so that’s quite late, but I never felt ready before and now everything just clicks." In addition to Tomorrowland, she is set to present 'AURA' at KMSKA in her hometown of Antwerp on September 5 in a fully immersive audio-visual live show.

The Freedom Stage featured innovative rotating screens, a stark contrast to the more modest setup she encountered in the Atmosphere tent during Weekend 1. "I have a team of my own technicians in the Freedom – very different from plugging in my USB in the Atmosphere," she shared with excitement. Lens playfully addressed the day's biggest rumor regarding a possible surprise appearance by Belgian pop star Angele. Despite the speculation, she confirmed, "Unfortunately not. I would love to have Angele with us all the time, but with our busy schedules, that is almost impossible."

Pregnant with her second daughter, Lens elaborated on the important balance between her roles as a mother and a DJ. "I’ve known for a while, so we quickly adjusted my tour schedule. I always sleep 8 hours. My body is my baby’s home: that always takes priority," she explained.
