Day Zero Tulum 2027: Exciting Lineup Unveiled

Damian Lazarus has unveiled the highly anticipated lineup for Day Zero Tulum: Begin Again, set to return to the vibrant Tulum jungle on January 9, 2027. This edition promises to be a standout, bringing together an eclectic mix of artists from the realms of house, techno, and the broader underground music scene. Notable names like &ME, Vintage Culture, LP Giobbi, Tiga, and Victor Calderone are set to perform, along with emerging talents such as Mita Gami, Brunello, Chloé Caillet, and Satori.

Adding to the allure, Lazarus will also grace the stage, accompanied by a dynamic roster that includes Hardt Antoine, Rafael, LUM, and Mary Jane, among others. The festival, known for its immersive atmosphere and commitment to musical diversity, will keep audiences guessing with one special guest yet to be announced.

Since its inception in 2012, Day Zero has emerged as a cornerstone of Tulum’s electronic music landscape, closely tied to the region's cultural identity. With successful expansions to Brazil and Bali planned for 2026, the festival maintains Tulum as its cherished focal point. Notably, Day Zero was the pioneering international festival in Mexico to dedicate an entire stage, El Teatro, solely to Mexican talent. This year’s lineup will feature local artists like Midnight Generation and KinAhau, further cementing the festival's commitment to its roots.

Sustainability remains a key theme at Day Zero, with initiatives in place for several years. Since 2018, the festival has augmented its environmental efforts, notably launching Crosstown Consciousness in 2020 to drive various ecological and community initiatives. Efforts include solar-powered lighting projects, turtle conservation, and beach cleanups. A recent partnership with PETGAS enables the conversion of plastic waste into biodegradable fuel, showcasing the festival's dedication to reducing its carbon footprint.

The festival plans to publish measurable results from its sustainability efforts, evidenced by a successful Bali 2026 Impact Report, which noted zero waste sent to landfill and substantial material recovery initiatives. With early access tickets opening on August 25, followed by general sales later that day, fans eagerly await the chance to experience this unique festival that intertwines music, culture, and environmental consciousness.
