Insomniac Expands Exclusive Passport Program for Headliners

Insomniac's Passport program, which offers exclusive access to a variety of events, is now expanding its reach by extending invitations to a new group of Headliners. This marks the first significant growth of the membership offering in several years, a welcome development for dedicated fans of electronic dance music (EDM).

The Passport program operates as a monthly membership, providing a range of benefits over traditional single-event tickets. It features four different tiers, each designed with varying reservation fees that cater to different listening preferences and budgets. Fees range from around $30 to $60 for festivals, $20 for concerts, and $15 for club shows, with no specific cap on how many eligible events a member can attend during their membership period. Silver and Gold tiers grant access to major events such as EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando, HARD Summer, Beyond Wonderland, Escape Halloween, and Dreamstate SoCal. Meanwhile, Diamond and Platinum tier members enjoy additional privileges at select Factory 93, Bassrush, and Basscon events, among Insomniac's concert and club programming. However, it's important to note that international editions of EDC and similar events outside the U.S. do not fall under this program.

One of the standout features of the Passport program is the exclusive Passport Member's Lounge, available at various significant festivals. This lounge offers a unique experience with surprise DJ sets, meet-and-greets, private bars, and even beauty stations to enhance the festival experience. This area also allows members to bring up to three guests, making it an attractive perk for those looking to share their journey with friends. Moreover, all membership tiers come with expedited entry and merchandise discounts, which enhance the overall festival experience for members.

Insomniac issues invitations to potential members directly, rather than through referrals, maintaining the exclusivity of the program. The company has further hinted at the development of additional “elevated experiences” for Passport members in the future. This anticipated expansion indicates Insomniac's commitment to providing unique and engaging experiences that resonate with their community of Headliners. The move to include more members opens the door for greater access to some of the industry's marquee events and exclusive perks, diving deeper into the rich culture surrounding EDM festivals.
